So how much does our Membership cost?

When you use the services of an Estate Agent they typically charge 1.25% of the sale or purchase price, so for example on a £500,000 property thats about £6,250 + VAT. If that same agent was to act for you on two different transactions (ie your sale and your purchase) typically that's also about 1.25% or 2.5% for both. So in this scenerio fees could be around £12,500!

Our Services are much more personal, are national and quite different to what Estate Agents offer but compliments what they do. We still suggest that you use an Estate Agent on your sale in the normal way (we do not introduce the buyer or seller or handle the transaction)

We will work with you as you start and during your whole property moving process. We can provide access to discounts of up to about £1,000 and purely act for you in a coaching, mentoring and advisory capacity plus give you access to "Rich Data" to enable you to make informed decisions. As an option, we offer "Viewing Services" to help with Relocation or if you are "time challenged" and would appreciate extra assistance.

Join Now - Pay Later on Success

You pay us nothing today and when your sale or purchase completes you pay us then. So in effect, you benefit from our service relating to your sale and/or your purchase for one single flat fee of 0.39% including VAT (if applicable) on one of those two transactions which are handled through your Solicitor and Estate Agent/s. That way, we are taking the risk and you only pay us when either is successful - the service however continues until you complete on both, if applicable.

Special Terms for First Time Buyers

We know when buy your first home funds are tight, so we offer a 40% reduction for First Time Buyers

For clarity, as stated in our terms and conditions, as we are not providing the services of an Estate Agent and therefore we are not directly involved in the transaction, this method payment linked to your sale or purchase just enables to accept delayed fees tied to the actual successful event and is here for you convenience.
